This privacy notice is provided by Dova Tekstil Konfeksiyon İthalat İhracat San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“Dova Tekstil”) under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to people who contact us or request a quote through our website.

2. Personal data we process
- Identity: full name.
- Contact: email address, phone number, country.
- Request details: company name, requested product or fabric details, quantity, delivery date, your message and any tech pack or images you upload.
- Security: IP address, date and time, and browser information.
3. Purposes
- Evaluating your quote request, preparing an offer and contacting you,
- Sending you a confirmation that your request has been received,
- Keeping the website secure and preventing spam and abuse,
- Complying with our legal obligations.
4. Collection method and legal grounds
Your data is collected electronically through the quote form on our website. It is processed on the following legal grounds under Article 5(2) of the KVKK:
- (c) it is necessary for entering into or performing a contract (handling the quote process),
- (ç) it is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation (e.g. records under Law No. 5651),
- (f) our legitimate interest in website security and spam prevention, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed.
We do not rely on your explicit consent for quote requests; the checkbox on the form confirms that you have read this notice.
5. Transfers
Your data may be shared, only for the purposes above, with our hosting and email service provider located in Türkiye, and with authorised public bodies when legally required.
6. Retention
Quote requests are kept for 2 years after the request is concluded; if a contract follows, the periods required by law apply. Afterwards the data is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
You may contact the data controller to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
- request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, or erasure under Article 7, and notification of these to recipients,
- object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis,
- claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
